About Us

ONS was formed in 2012 as a boutique strategy and corporate finance consulting firm providing services like transaction support, mergers and acquisition support and financial modeling. Incorporated by expert finance professionals who previously worked at big corps like Deloitte, McKinsey, JPMorgan, Citi, etc, ONS’s aim was to deliver projects of the highest quality and intellect keeping in mind our client’s objectives.

What’s unique about us is our ability to envision each project as our own and deliver accordingly. We believe content is king. And thus, we make sure all our deliverables are written in the most compelling manner whether it is a sales presentation or an IB pitchbook.

In 2015, we expanded our offerings to help budding and innovative entrepreneurs build and pivot their startup ventures. We do this by providing assistance with their business plan and strategy, building a feasible business model, conducting in-depth research of the target market, and finding the right investment for their company. To date, we have worked with more than 400 startups and helped many of them raise $580mn in investment so far. These include companies from various different industries including financial services, healthcare, technology, real estate, fashion, aviation, music, F&B, energy, and many more.






ONS is more like a family and its story began, like most successful ones, at a coffee shop in London when four friends, all in the finance industry, came up with the idea of ‘being their own bosses’ and doing something creative other than their 9 to 6pm banking/consulting jobs. They played to their strengths and began with completing one-time projects (presentations, pitchbooks, modelling, valuations etc.) for clients they met at various local networking events in the UK.


What initially started off as a part-time hobby, became a full-time venture in just under two years when the team expanded their reach to businesses around the globe, doubled in size and began offering startup services starting with business plans and investor pitch decks.

In just 5 years the team size reached from four to thirteen with a portfolio of over 500 clients and more than 1000 projects completed worldwide. The year 2018 also saw the beginning of a second office in the USA that was formed to cater to the exponentially growing client base in the States. We estimate to reach a total team size of 25 by end of 2021 with at least two new offices one of which will be in Asia.


We understand how time consuming and utterly daunting some tasks can be. Like an analyst trying to prepare a winning pitchbook with tight deadlines and 100 other things to do, a CEO of a one-man company struggling to write a comprehensive business plan while simultaneously running a business or a company looking to get expert opinion on their business’s valuation. And that’s where we come in.As M&A experts we help our clients build pre and post-merger valuation models, conduct financial due diligence and help identify potential acquisition targets. Some of us in the team have been entrepreneurs ourselves having had successful exits and can leverage our experience in order to help startups build pitch decks that leave a lasting impact on their investors.

Ishan Chadha

Ishan has pursued Marketing & Accountancy from Harvard University and his expertise lies in building comprehensive business strategies from scratch. He is a Certified Business Valuation Analyst and comes from a family of entrepreneurs and managed his 70-year old family business for 8 years. He is a successful entrepreneur and has previously had two successful exits, the last one being a unique clothing line that was acquired by a large retailer.
He founded ONS Business Consulting in 2012 and now works as a strategy consultant, along with his team, helping startups reach their full potential by providing valuable insights and guidance around building their business model, go-to-market strategy, capital structure and operational governance.
Ishan has helped numerous startups raise Pre-Seed, Seed and Series A funding including a recent $1mn raise for a private healthcare clinic in London. Ishan also founded ONSBooks, the finance and business management partner of ONS Business Consulting, that provides assistance with financial modelling, bookkeeping and accountancy services.
Ishan holds a sterling track record of working with startups in the technology, real estate, finance, aviation, healthcare and F&B industries. His focused efforts and impeccable leadership led ONS to bag big corps like Microsoft, Uber, Coca Cola (India), Holiday Inn, and Gulf Mexico.

Shradha Chadha

Shradha is an experienced startup consultant with more than 10 years of experience working in investment banking as well as financial advisory. Her areas of expertise include financial modeling, startup consulting, M&A buy/sell-side support and fundraising for early stage startups. In her time at ONS she has led some of the largest and complex projects including working as interim CFO for more than 12 months for 4 startups in the last 3 years, supporting sell-side M&A advisory firms in Shanghai, Australia, London and New York and working closely with real estate investment firms in developing complex financial models on an ongoing basis. She holds a master’s degree in Risk and Stochastics from the London School of Economics and has previously worked at Deloitte, Royal Bank of Scotland, Citi Bank and Avantage Reply in the corporate finance and financial risk space.

Megha K

Megha has 10 years’ worth experience in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. She worked as an M&A analyst at JP Morgan and also has prior experience working in the corporate finance department at KPMG. For the last 5 years, she has been working as a SME for startups assisting them in refining their business strategy from a planning and operational perspective. Her close ties in the Venture Capital space has led to her raising approximately $75mn collectively in Seed and Series A rounds for her clients.


Business Coach/Advisor
Patrick is an internationally experienced Corporate Finance and Business Development specialist with 20 years’ experience raising finance, negotiating, executing and managing transactions in the technology, real estate, healthcare, infrastructure, oil & gas, renewable energy and finance sectors. He has executive level expertise assisting and preparing CEOs to expand and enter GCC and African markets. He is an MBA from the Trinity College, Dublin and has a proven ability to lead and deliver exceptional projects for both new and existing corporate clients resulting in excellent client satisfaction. He has an extensive international network, which creates business growth opportunities for clients while reducing the cost of new market entry. For the last 8 years, Patrick has played a pivotal role in helping many businesses devise an effective operational strategy and enter new markets with ease and efficiency. He plays a key advisory role in numerous Stellar plans whenever his expert guidance is needed. (Add interim CEO/COO for startups)
