Acquisition of a Mix-user Property in West London

Project Overview

Our client, a renowned investment fund based in London, were looking to acquire a mix-use property in a sought-after location in West London. The property consisted of two retail units and 9 residential units that had been rented out with leases ending between 6-24 months. We built a highly tailored mix-use financial model for the client that was based on a dynamic disposal schedule for the eleven units in the property.
