CORPORATE PRESENTATIONS

If you’re a business that serves clients, sells products/services and employs staff, there’s a 99% chance you have had to or will have to ‘pitch’ to someone in your business life. The pitch could be to internal as well as external stakeholders including:

management, superiors, subordinates, clients, company board, investors, partners or, in the case of a public company, the general public. And not everyone is a PowerPoint wizard or copywriter that can spin around a full-fledged presentation every time it is required.

As with investor pitch decks, the importance of a corporate presentation cannot be emphasized enough and should be taken seriously as it serves as a representation of your business. First impressions last you see!

TYPES OF PRESENTATIONS WE MAKE

Client presentations / Investor presentations
Project bid proposals
Marketing collateral
Company profile presentation/ prospectus
Strategic partnership decks
Management/Board presentations

Project Overview

Our client is an early-stage startup and their business forms the bridge between traditional third-party recruitment services and client organizations. They essentially become the de-facto employer for your agency workforce enabling them to manage and engage sourced employees allowing you to focus on your core business. Their offerings include: managed services, onsite and offsite support and powerful analytical tools.

Our Role

We were brought on to create a partnership proposal for prospective strategic as well as investment partners. The company had a solid business plan and needed someone to give it the direction it needed in order to score these partnerships and take their business to the next level.

Key Challenges

  • The client had a working prototype of the app ready to show to investors but no demonstrable traction
  • The gaming app itself had a complicated revenue model that was challenging to build which made it a difficult task to even identify realistic assumptions
  • The client had a very optimistic view of their valuation given their unique concept, addressable market and the amount of resources spent to-date. Arriving at a realistic valuation that was agreeable to the client and reasonable to present to investors was not easy

How ONS helped

  • Identified and clearly segregated the different revenue streams of the gaming app and modeled them separately
  • Advisory on the realistic valuation of the app in the absence of proven traction that was acceptable to the client and reasonable for investors
  • Used traditional as well as more complex valuation models to arrive at a more accurate valuation for the company given it is pre-revenue

WHAT ARE REQUEST-FOR-PROPOSALS (RFPs)?

An RFP is a document that many businesses prefer to use in order to solicit bids from prospective contractors and service providers. It is a very structured way for businesses to assess different bids and make an informed choice based on bidders’ response to the RFP. The RFP consists of a number of questions regarding the project that bidders need to answer in their proposal. Most government projects use RFPs to attract the best bids. An RFP can also just be an email or document explaining the project requirements that is sent to prospective bidders who are requested to send their proposals along with a proposed team and budget.

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU RESPOND TO RFPs?

We help you ensure:

Your organization’s unique value proposition is clear and evident in every part of the proposal.
Your response clearly addresses what the buyer is looking for.
You have thoroughly – yet concisely – responded to all areas of the proposal.
You have left no questions unanswered and have provided a clear description of your offering.

OUR RFP RESPONSE EXPERTISE

Flexible writing resources

Most of our clients find themselves bidding for 4-5 projects in a month. Responding to RFPs is a lengthy and time-consuming process. And although there is a lot of overlap every RFP can be very different from the other and might require additional information. In case that happens, we can double or triple up on writing resources in order to make quick turnarounds.

Efficient workflow

We start every RFP with a thorough review of all existing relevant materials, including your company’s existing marketing materials, previous RFP responses, financial reports, company history, and client lists. We determine what we can reuse, what we can edit, and what we need to rewrite.

Security of working

Your dedicated project manager and lead writer(s) will work with you every time you call us. You engage with ONS but will always have a face and name to your particular RFP response.

Industry expertise

We are experienced in writing RFP responses for a myriad of industries including translation, technology, healthcare, real estate, security and many more.

OUR WORK STANDS OUT

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP DECK FOR A CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING PLATFORM

Our client is a P2P cryptocurrency white-label trading platform that connects legitimate traders, licensed brokers, and pre-verified trade desks and enables trading over 200 cryptocurrencies. They needed a proposal presentation to be prepared that they could present to potential partners who would help bring more traders and desks on to the platform. We developed an understanding of their proposition and presented it in a compelling and attractive manner in order to make a strong case.

BID PRESENTATION FOR A EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT FIRM

Our client is a recruitment agency that connects businesses with independent Partner level practitioners and a global network of Change and Transformation specialists to support successful outcome delivery. They compete with Big 4 consulting companies in the domain and hired ONS to build an exceptionally high-quality and professional presentation for their business that could be used to bid for projects. The client has three main verticals - Change & Transformation, Strategy and Accounting & Finance. We interviewed department heads of all three domains to understand their offering in detail and based on their inputs created a sleek, crisp and modern deck.

MARKET STRATEGY PRESENTATION FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Our client was a management consulting firm based in London and were looking to explore a new go-to-market strategy for their company. The team had built the core strategy and had to prepare a presentation for the senior management to propose their ideas. We were hired to do an impressive and concise presentation that not only clearly explained their proposition but was also interactive and engaging with the use of diagrams, visuals and relevant animations.
